Return/Exchange Policy:

We allows for the return or exchange of any product for a full refund up to 30 days after the delivery of the product ordered. There is no restocking charge. The invoice number must be included with the product being returned. If the invoice number is not known, please call the customer service number (716) 648-6848 to get the invoice number before shipping the product.

You, the customer must pay the cost of shipping the product back to us. To do so, mail the product to be returned to:
